Boat covers we make

Pick a style, then we build it around your boat’s real-world use. Trailering needs different reinforcement than storage. Salt water needs different hardware than freshwater. We’ll steer you toward the right setup.

Travel and trailering covers

Secure fit, reinforced stress points, and strap systems that don’t flap like a loose tent in a tornado.

  • Heavy-duty tie-downs and anti-abrasion panels
  • Windshield and tower accommodations
  • Vent options to reduce ballooning

Storage covers

Indoor or outdoor storage protection with clean fit and durable seams.

  • UV and moisture protection
  • Breathable fabric options
  • Reinforced edges and hems

Mooring and dock covers

Built for exposure and quick access. Great for frequent use and changing weather.

  • Water-shedding fabric choices
  • Quick-release hardware
  • Access points where you need them

T-top and center console covers

Patterns that respect antennas, rails, and tower geometry.

  • Reinforced cutouts and sleeves
  • Optional console-only covers
  • Salt-friendly hardware options

Console, seat, and equipment covers

Small covers that solve big headaches (sun damage, grime, and wear).

  • Helm and electronics covers
  • Outboard and trolling motor covers
  • Cooler, battery, and accessory covers

Repairs and upgrades

If your cover almost works, we can often make it actually work.

  • Replace straps, buckles, zippers, or panels
  • Re-stitch seams and reinforce corners
  • Add vents, access flaps, or padding

Materials and construction

We use marine-appropriate fabrics, thread, and hardware based on how you use the boat. No guessing. No “one fabric fits all.”

If you already know the fabric you want, tell us. If not, describe your storage conditions and we’ll recommend the right build.

How the process works

Think of this like tailoring a suit, but the suit lives outside and gets punched by the sun daily. We measure, pattern, reinforce, and test fit for a cover that performs.

1) Spec and photos

Send boat details and photos. We confirm cover style, usage, and constraints (towers, rails, antennas, etc.).

  • Make/model/year or hull dimensions
  • Storage type (indoor, outdoor, marina)
  • Travel speed and distance (if trailering)

2) Pattern and build

We draft the pattern and build the cover with reinforcement where it matters most.

  • Stress-point reinforcement
  • Strap and buckle layout
  • Vent placement (when needed)

3) Fit check

We validate the fit and adjust as needed. The goal: secure coverage without rubbing, pooling, or flapping.

  • Clearance around sharp points and hardware
  • Even tension and edge protection
  • Functional access where requested

4) Delivery and support

We ship your cover and stay available for tweaks, repairs, or upgrades later.

  • Care and use guidance
  • Repair and rework services
  • Small-batch and OEM repeatability

FAQ

Do you make covers for my exact boat model?

Usually, yes. If we already have a pattern, we can move faster. If not, we can build from measurements and photos. Send your make/model/year and a few angles of the boat, and we’ll confirm the best path.

What’s the difference between a travel cover and a storage cover?

Travel covers handle wind load, vibration, and strap tension at speed. Storage covers focus on UV, dust, rain, and breathability. If you want one cover to do both, we can build a hybrid, but we’ll talk through tradeoffs first.

Can you add vents, access flaps, or openings for equipment?

Yes. Common requests include vents, access to cleats, cutouts for trolling motors, and accommodations for T-tops or towers.

Do you repair existing covers?

Often, yes. If the fabric still has life, we can replace straps, buckles, panels, or zippers, and re-stitch seams. Send photos of the damage and we’ll tell you if it’s worth doing.

Ready when you are

Send your boat details and a few photos, and we’ll tell you the best cover approach. Simple as that.
